Strawberry lemonade

If you are tired of the plain lemonade, you can give it a fresh boost with some sweet strawberries in this strawberry lemonade cocktail. You will need 300g of hulled strawberries, 300g of caster sugar, the juice from 5 lemons, some sparkling water and mint and strawberries and lemon slices to serve. Put the hulled strawberries in a blender along with the lemon juice and the sugar, then strain the mixture into a bowl and dilute with sparkling water. Add the mint and the fruit slices before you serve and some ice if you want.

Mojito with ginger

This is a spiced version of the original mojito and you will love the new taste as soon as you try it. You will need 30 mint leaves, 1 shot of steam ginger syrup that you can find in most supermarkets, 2 liters of rum, 1 liter of ginger ale, and the pulp and juice from 8 limes. Gently bruise the mint leaves to let the flavor out, mix them with the singer syrup and the lime pulp and juice then add the beverages and mix everything together.

Jack Horner cocktail

If you want a cold-weather cocktail that will make your blood pump, this vodka-based cocktail recipe is the perfect option for a cold day. For this cocktail, you will need 3 blackberries, 15 ml cinnamon syrup, 20 ml lemon juice, 50 ml vodka, and some egg white. Mix the blackberries and the cinnamon syrup in a shaker, add the vodka, the lemon juice, and the egg white and shake firmly. Pour into a glass and decorate with cinnamon powder.

Paloma cocktail

For tequila fans, this is the perfect combination of sweet, smooth and spicy ingredients. You will need 50 ml of tequila, 75 ml of pink grapefruit juice, some lemon juice, a tablespoon of vanilla sugar and some grapefruit and lemon slices to decorate. Mix all the ingredients in a shaker, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice cubes and garnish with grapefruit and lemon slices.
